EXCHANGES ONLY: A customer has 7-10 business days to exchange merchandise after receiving shipment. A damaged item can be replaced for no cost to the customer, if it was damaged during shipment. If this has occurred please contact the designer immediately.
One can also exchange merchandise for another item of equal or lesser price, as long as they are in the 7-10 business day window.
Damaged Item From Buyer's Use: some pieces are more fragile than others and should be worn with care. If a piece is broken/damaged while in your care, please contact the designer. Fees for fixing items may vary, depending on the extent of damage. A customer is responsible for shipping item back to the designer.
